My Junior year in High School, I attended a few of Heila’s classes not really knowing what to expect.  I didn’t really know how to eat correctly, or present myself in professional situations.  I learned so much, from how to use all the different utinsels to how to walk, good posture and also built friendships with the people of the Academy.  They are so great at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone.
